Refund Conditions
- Refund requests can be made within 7 days of purchase, provided less than 20% of the course has been accessed.
- No refunds are applicable for completed or partially accessed courses.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
Transaction Failures
If a transaction fails but the amount is debited, the payment gateway will automatically refund the amount within 5-7 business days.
